Used Joe the Plumber for the first time today. A+.....they showed up a little before the allotted time, were direct and to the point about what needed to be done. They did the work, cleaned up, and checked everything. They were professional and did an excellent job! We have used other local plumbers in the past but the work had failed so we decided to give Joe the Plumber a try. We will never use anyone BUT Joe the plumber now!

Joe the Plumber did a great job working with us remodeling our kitchen and bathroom in our home. There were a couple of snags, but I was impressed with how quickly they were resolved with no hassle. Kudos to dispatcher Willie, who delivered on every promise! Thank you, JTP Team, for a job well done! They stand behind their work.

After my garbage disposal blew I got on line right away to review local plumbers and found Joe the Plumber had the highest ratings so I called. Response time was excellent, and keeping me updated for the arrival of the plumber via email was great! Gary was friendly, polite, efficient, informative and answered all my questions. My kitchen was back in order in less than 24 hours! Will highly recommend to anyone in need of great service! Thanks!

Joe The Plumber is fantastic!!! Dylan came right out to my home promptly and professionally assessed my situation and set forth to resolve it along with other technicians. Dylan thoroughly explained everything to me and also gave me a thumb drive so I could review the issue. I would 100 percent recommend them to everyone. An excellent company!!!!

We had 2 toilets that we wanted to replace the "wax seals." We were able to get an appointment that fit our schedule. Two plumbing 'techs' showed up for the job, on time. They reviewed what we wanted to have done and proceeded to give us a quote for the work. Once that was approved, each tech began working separately on a toilet. Within an hour of their arrival the work was completed. They were pleasant. They cleaned up after themselves and were respectful of our home. I would definitely recommend Joe The Plumber!

Michael and Anthony are amazing! I've had 4 other plumbers out here that couldn't fix my problem. Michael knew immediately what was wrong and did a wonderful job fixing it. He even showed me the problem before he fixed it and then showed me it was fixed after. Michael and Anthony make a great team. If you ever need work done, call the Niantic office and ask for them specifically. You won't be disappointed. Very professional and very respectful of my home. I just can't say enough about the quality of work they do and how they fix it the FIRST time. Just love those guys!!!! Will be using them again in the future if need be. Thank you Michael and Anthony! 😊
